Amy Winehouse ‘Wants Us To Believe’ She’s Drug Free!
@amywinehouse has said that she no longer uses drugs and has been clean for three years.
Speaking to Glamour magazine, the singer revealed that she is taking care of her health after a series of medical scares in recent years.
She said: “I’m much healthier now.
“I used to use drugs and I haven’t used drugs in almost three years. It’s not a hard thing.
“I literally woke up one day and was like, ‘I don’t want to do this anymore’.”
The 27-year-old recently played her first public set since 2008 at an impromptu gig at Camden’s Hawley Arms pub.

As reported earlier, @amywinehouse is gearing up for her return via a new studio album in January, but she revealed a bit more in an interview to the UK’s Metro:
“The album will be six months at the most” she said “It’s going to be very much the same as my second album, where there’s a lot of jukebox stuff and the songs that are… just jukebox, really”.
She continues: “I tend to write everything first. The live show is pretty much whatever it is for me. I just can’t wait to have some new songs on stage”.
